Copy of the fully executed purchase contract with all addendums. |

A complete list of real estate owned including full address, property type, current estimated value, mortgage balance, rental income received, monthly mortgage payment and monthly insurance, property taxes and HOA dues paid. |

If you are selling your current home, a copy of the listing contract. |
|
If you have recently sold your current home or any other property, a copy of the settlement statement (HUD-1). |

Consecutive paystubs for the last 30 days. |
